五色糯米饭，又称“乌饭”、“五色饭”，是布依族、壮族等少数民族的传统风味小吃，因糯米饭大多呈黑、蓝、黄、紫、白五种颜色而得此名。
Five-colored glutinous, also known as &34;black rice&34; and &34;five-colored rice&34;, is a traditional dish of the Bouyei. It is named after the rice in five different colors mostly: black, blue, yellow, purple and white.
常言道：民以食为天。在贵州兴义，这是布依族人民不可缺少的一种食物。
As the saying goes, “Food is the paramount necessity of the people.” Five-colored glutinous rice is an indispensable food for the Boueyi people in Xingyi, Guizhou.

五色糯米饭，被当地人看做是吉祥如意、五谷丰登的象征，同时也象征着一家人像糯米饭团一样团结在一起。
Five-colored glutinous rice is regarded as a symbol of good luck and harvest for locals, and it also means families should get united like the glutinous rice roll.
每年农历三月三或清明时节，当地家家户户都做五色糯米饭已经成为一种传承已久的习俗。
