The reason is often that the pressure from their parents allows them almost no time for other activities. 各市、杨凌示范区招生办，西安市教育考试中心，各县（区）招生办，西安外国语大学：

现将2011年陕西省普通高校招生考试外语口试工作有关事项通知如下：

一、全省外语口试定于6月19日进行，6月17日至18日报名。报考外语专业及其他要求外语口试专业的考生应按时报名参加口试，逾期不予补办。按照陕价费调发〔2000〕44号文件规定，考生报名时必须缴纳考试费35元。考生参加口试时必须携带2011年高考准考证、身份证、2B铅笔、钢笔或圆珠笔。

各市（区）、县（区）招办负责将报名口试时间、地点及相关要求通知考生。因不按时报名参加外语口试所造成的一切后果，由考生本人承担。

二、全省安排西安外国语大学、延安市招办和汉中市招办3个报名口试地点。西安、铜川、宝鸡、咸阳、渭南、商洛市和杨凌示范区的考生在西安外国语大学长安校区（地址：西安郭杜教育科技产业开发区文苑南路，电话：029—85319401，传真：029—85319500，邮政编码：710128）报名口试；榆林、延安市的考生在延安市招办指定地点报名口试；汉中、安康市的考生在汉中市招办指定地点报名口试。

试卷领发等事项由西安外国语大学安排。延安、汉中市招办要提前确定考点，6月12日前将考点情况、联系人及电话函告省招办及西安外国语大学招办。

各考点要认真做好外语口试工作，早作准备，安排布置好考点和考场。考点要有醒目的口试考点标志，正门内要有详细的报名地点和考场示意图以及通往考场的路标。考场周围要设警戒线，要在醒目位置设立考风考纪举报箱并公布举报电话。各考点务必加强考试管理，严肃考试纪律，确保考试平稳有序进行。

各考点要做好突发事件应急处置工作预案，一旦发生重大自然灾害及安全事故，要时间向省招办报告并及时妥善处置，确保考生、考试工作人员人身安全和考试安全。

三、西安外国语大学、延安市招办、汉中市招办要认真做好口试教师、考点主考及工作人员的选聘工作。西安外国语大学考点的口试教师由本校选聘；延安、汉中市的口试教师由西安外国语大学各选派4名，差额部分从当地高校或中学选聘。选聘的口试教师必须遵纪守法、责任心强、坚持原则、身体健康、具有较高的业务水平、从事本专业教学3年以上且今年无直系亲属参加外语口试。为确保口试质量，必须选聘一定比例有外语口试工作经验的教师参加。各考点于6月12日前将所选聘的教师名单报省招办。考点主考及工作人员的选聘条件按《2006年陕西省普通高校招生考试考务管理工作细则》规定执行。口试教师6月18日前持单位介绍信到口试地点报到。各考点要做好口试教师及工作人员的培训工作。

延安、汉中市招办负责口试教师的食宿安排，并承担其食宿、交通及劳务费用，协助教师处理好口试中遇到的问题。要从每个外语口试考生报名费中提取3元交付西安外国语大学招办，作为外语口试命题、制卷、评卷、登分费用。

四、口试教师要严格执行评分标准，做到宽严适度，评分准确。要认真填写《2011年陕西省高考外语口试成绩记录表》，及时密封，交西安外国语大学招办。西安外国语大学招办负责将考生成绩录入计算机，刻入信息光盘，将成绩记录表分市（区）整理，6月24日前一并送交省招办普招处（联系人：张浩浩）。
